Porting a number

By filling in all the information requested below and signing and dating this form, you authorize us to initiate the process of
transferring your service and virtual telephone number to Omnivoice.
You will then be able to use that number with the Omnivoice service.

Transferring your number is free of charge and usually takes about 2 weeks to complete.
During this time, you will still be able to use the number being ported to make & receive calls, although through the service carrier you are porting away from.

The details filled in here should match the (CSR) of your current provider.

If you aren’t sure of your CSR info, we advise you to reach out to your current carrier to request your CSR before you submit a porting request, in order to avoid any possible rejections.
