In the Call Flow section, you can add a general greeting your callers will hear when calling your business number, before they are transferred further.

By default, the general greeting says, “Hello, and thank you for calling.” Another default greeting is available for calls outside business hours, it says, “You’ve reached our office after business hours.

Click on the gear icon on the business greeting block to change or remove it:

Please note that if you’re using Auto receptionist (IVR) in your call flow, you have to add a separate voice menu greeting for your callers to let them know they need to dial 1 for Support, 2 for Sales, etc. Otherwise, they will just stay on the line or simply drop their calls: either way, the calls won’t be routed as you designed.
